Uniform glossary from the Department of Health and Human Services "that explains terms commonly used in health insurance coverage such as 'deductible' and 'co-payment.'" The glossary will accompany the Summary of Benefits and Coverage that will be provided to consumers before each new plan or policy year, when the coverage changes, or when shopping for insurance.
