CMS Final Rule Updating Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D Programs

Final rule from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services regarding revisions to the Medicare Advantage program and Medicare Part D (the Prescription Drug Benefit Program). The final rule will "clarify various program participation requirements; make changes to strengthen beneficiary protections; strengthen our ability to identify strong applicants for Part C and Part D program participation and remove consistently poor performers; and make other clarifications and technical changes."
